Module 3: Hospital Users
This Module is designed to help Hospital Users submit their CABG Data to HCAI.
As a reminder, after logging into CORC, the CORC User should be certain that they have a
Reporting Profile (as discussed in
Module 2, Lesson 2,
Explore the CORC Interface) that includes:
- Their Hospital identified
- 'CABG' selected as the Data Type being submitted
- The correct Reporting Period selected
