In this Lesson, we'll focus on how to submit a CABG Data file to HCAI. It may seem like there are a number of steps, but it is
pretty straight forward and the more you submit data, the easier the process gets!
Learning Objectives
By the end of this Lesson, you should be able to:
- View the current status of your data submission
- View information about your last data submission
- Submit CABG Data in both 'Test' and 'Official' modes (in Stage 1)
- Submit CABG Data from a batch file, from online manual record entry, or from CABG Data that you previously uploaded and
then updated online
- View and Print your CABG Data submission Confirmation information
Scenario
Zanu at Galactic Health, a large hospital in Central California, needs to submit a test file of CABG Data to HCAI. We'll walk through
the steps she needs to take in order to submit her data in 'Test' mode.
